☕️ THIS WEEK: Wine, Music Festivals, & Good Vibes Aplenty
& 30+ events that will help you escape the June gloom
Good Morning Chester County,
You’ve got the only email on a Tuesday morning that refuses to let some non-stop rain get us gloomy, we’re all sunshine over here.
Hoping all of the dads out there had an excellent Father’s Day!
I know I’m usually long-winded on these intros. I like it as my way to check in with you all, but this week I’ll keep it brief:
Thanks for reading and being a part of this community. Connecting with you all in the replies, on social media, and in real life is a highlight of my week!
This is what we’ve got on tap:
A Gatsby-Themed Exclusive Party
Your Chester County Living Experience
Two senior pets who are looking for forever homes
& 30+ events that will keep the whole family entertained this week

The Featured Pour
A closer look at the standout events happening this week
This week’s featured event is HUSH: An Immersive Gatsby Party
When: Saturday, June 21st, 2025 starting at 9 PM
Where: The Colonial Theatre in Phoenixville (227 Bridge Street. Phoenixville, PA 19460)
What: Step into the Roaring Twenties at this one-of-a-kind evening which invites you to experience the glamour and excitement of Gatsby’s world. Think flowing champagne, live jazz from Parlour Noir, and a show-stopping performance by The Franklin Follies. Bluebird Distillery will be mixing up custom cocktails, and everyone’s encouraged to dress in their best 1920s style: sequins, feathers, tuxedos, and all. Tickets are limited and include an exclusive invitation with your arrival time. Don’t miss your chance to be part of the party everyone will be talking about.

The Blend
A curated mix of local stories, updates, and announcements from our team.
📍 Your ChesCo Experience
My wife and I were chatting about the different towns we’ve lived in throughout Chester County over the years, and how grateful we are to be in this area.
It got me thinking about the rest of our community, so I’m curious:
🏡 How many different towns in Chester County have you lived in? |
♥️ Adoptable Pets of the Week
🐶 Meet Bruno
This week we do talk about Bruno (bonus points to you if you get the reference). This little fella packs a lot of love in a tiny body and is looking for his new forever family. Be warned: that means your lap will never be empty again and you’ll have loving eyes to look up at you for years to come.
🐱 Meet Henson
A distinguished senior gentleman with striking facial features, Henson is a loving lap cat who knows he’s got so much love to give with his remaining years. Having bounced around shelters before landing at MLAR, we’d love to see him spend his golden years surrounded by a family that will give him everything he deserves.
